What types of products do you offer?

At Sweet Wheat, we make and bake a wide range of food items ranging from traditional baguettes, rolls, pain au chocolat, sandwiches, and sweet treats such as cakes and macarons. All are homemade daily by our artisan bakers and pastry chefs with the highest quality ingredients we source during each season.

Do you offer gluten-free products?

Yes, we have a range of 100% GF food items, like our Opera Chocolate Cake, Macarons, and seasonal Soups! Since we source our own blend of French flour and use a 24-hour fermentation process, it breaks down the carbohydrates and gluten content slowly and naturally. This makes all our loaves of bread and croissant-based pastries very low in gluten content and easier to digest. Our customers now understand why they can eat pieces of bread and pastries all day in France and never feel bloated! Bon appétit!
